As AOM in West Virginia begins its third year in existence we have build a tremendous network of individuals and organizations dedicated to the health of West Virginians. We have focused our efforts on increasing school physical activity opportunities, increasing senior center participation in walking and other physical activities, encouraging the leadership of West Virginia to take an active role, engaged health care providers, and encourage communities to support walkable community efforts throughout the state. We provide technical assistance to organizations and provide them with a wealth of resources to assist them.
