Get Your School Moving.

With America On the Move's free tools and online resources, you can encourage your students to develop positive, healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Current research suggests that 13% of American children aged 6-11 and 14% of adolescents aged 12-19 are overweight, a statistic that has nearly tripled in the past 20 years.  It's our goal to turn that trend around!  We know that a balance of calories in and calories out is one of the keys to lifelong health.

You can help your students understand and manage their health-related choices with America On the Move's "energy balance" approach - an easy-to-understand concept that focuses on balancing the foods we eat with how we move.
