To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we require that children under 13 years of age get parental permission before participating in the America On the Move® ("AOM") online program. When a child under 13 years of age decides to register on the Site, he/she will be asked to provide a parent's email address, so that we may contact them to obtain consent for their child to participate. At any time after providing consent, a parent may request that we not collect any further personal information from their child and request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. That request should be directed to us by selecting the "general inquiry" section under the "Contact Us" section of our Site.
Teachers Consent
Teachers choosing to register their school and classes will first be informed of the privacy policies this Site follows. COPPA policy allows teachers to give permission to students to use an instructional website (subject to the school district policies for the district in which the teacher works). Teachers will be asked to provide consent to this information during the registration process. Teachers not agreeing to the consent form will not be allowed to register their school or classes.

We use your login identification and password (which you create upon registering through this Site) to verify your identity and for our internal use in maintaining your account.

We may extract information that does not specifically identify you (collectively, "Aggregate Data") from the information you provide ("Customer Information"). You agree to allow us to disclose and publish Aggregate Data on an Aggregate Basis (as defined below) to any party through any means, including without limitation through press releases, advertising or similar communications. "Aggregate Basis" means that we combine parts of your Customer Information collected through the Site that do not contain your name with other information from any number of other users/visitors to the Site for any given period of time in a manner that is not intended to disclose any personally identifiable information about individual users, even if it is possible for some to guess what individuals may have been involved.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
AOMF does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you. We do not share personal information with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested or as required by law.
AOMF will provide two reports to the group administrator of your organization for management of incentives and rewards. A Participant report will share only the names, e-mail and address contact information of registered AOM participants. A Recognition report will share only the names, e-mail and address contact information and daily average steps for participants who have completed the AOM program assessment and/or successfully met incentive criteria set by your organization.

We limit access to personal information about you. Only employees, contractors, or third party service providers working with AOMF, who need to see the information to do their jobs, have access. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. Where indicated, AOM uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmissions.
